Shares were suspended on 1 July because RNS of results were delayed. The RNS of the results was released several days ago. All this tripe about publication and mailing is fake news.

Fake news. They are delaying for other reasons.

Rubbish excuse about Annual Report printing. The results were released by RNS. something sinister is at work here.
Also, quite peculiar to have new posters trying to pacify us with messages to wait???

Most likely that the selfish BOD is looking after their own skins rather than serving all of their shareholders.
I thought it was a feeble excuse when Maria said a couple of days to get printing done and sent. What printing and sent where?????

Is the BOD working for certain shareholders only (without naming the two names) or for all shareholders?
Can anybody explain the rationale for the suspension remaining if the overdue accounts have been published here already?

My observations referred to a lack of clarity. They continue to treat shareholders like idiots.
Why do they use Euros and Dollars in the RNS? Why not stick to one currency unless you translate everything to a common currency and show equivalent amounts so everyone understands/
Why does it say company is likely to receive a much lower amount than being claimed?
Why do they not say what the No Win No Fee arrangement actually means? How much have shareholders sacrificed for this arrangement?

The same RNS states that the claim is for 100 million Euros. At the end of the RNS, it says claim is of several hundred million dollars. If the Bored don't know what the claim amount is then what are the prospects here?

I need it to treble from here in order to break even. Fingers crossed that the faith will be rewarded.

Why are they not publishing the accounts?
Are they hiding good news, surely not! Perhaps, head in sand may make it all go away.
Accounts will likely say that there are grave doubts about Avanti's ability to continue as a Going Concern and that may scare suppliers, customers, and the whole wide world.
