I don’t believe for one moment that the deal is off, as the revised company listing has only just been registered at Companies House.

But if the deal was off, Kod have an additional $7M in the bank so why would it slip back to pre JV announcement. Come on Todger, screw your head on.

Think you did a wise thing. I thought the Prem RNS was dreadful, so was really surprised by the huge rise yesterday. Perhaps it was MM pushing the SP up so they could exit?

Anyway, really great to see a very healthy rise here today.

I read somewhere that;

LLL decision to make some interim shipments of DSO (to get some revenue) was a relatively recent decision and that the Mali government wasn’t in the know.

An RNS stating that the first DSO shipment had occurred wasn’t issued by LLL (very unusual, as most companies would issue such an RNS). When the Mali government found that DSO shipments had started, ( which they want to eradicate in the mining sector; digging the ground up and smuggling it across borders, you can see why). Hence the Mali government writing to LLL regarding the cessation of DSO.

Anyway, it doesn’t apply to Kod.

If “CEY offered 1/1.5p for Kefi”……..I for one, would be seriously p#ssed off! In 12/18 months, surel it has to be 4p minimum?!
