Said it before they did not have to issue that statement , I see it positively , engaging with shareholders saying we are late but payment is being processed, would not surely instruct the bank to make payment with no funds, especially after the last fiasco.
But it’s just my opinion obviously.

Could be many reasons , delayed payment from shell, maybe the latest lift delayed , who knows

I sort of agree, then again if the discussions had been on going for a couple of months maybe just a re rate on valuation
With the high percentage of shares held in ii and BOD makes you think they will be doing everything they can for themselves ... have a lot more to lose.

Research is clear on price sensitive information but non price sensitive information, social media, or declaring no contact outside of RNS is less clear.

Await another day/week/month my decision made a while ago currently staying with my strategy, only I can take the blame or pat myself on the back.

From memory someone stated last response from an email a while ago was new CFO will be announced along with a BOD announcement.

They could still engage via social media non important RNS news but silence.

Maybe all the private shareholders should, if not already done start to voice their opinions and contact LEK via email or phone so the BOD get a sense of the frustration we are experiencing.

Appreciate they may have larger challenges right now but imo it’s the least they could do, even via social which I’m not uncommon.

No replies to my emails for several weeks
many companies communicate via social media to at least engage but radio silence is frustrating to say the least.
Although they ‘may’ be in a closed period , they are allowed to update the market which they done last Monday but with something a bit more relevant.
Oh well , staying put zero or hero for me
