Look guys, they have reduced any shares in the market, they have scrubbed out the £25m share premium account which was in the books... if you raise money in the market above the nominal, this creates an accounting entry... the share premium account is a stumbling block if the company want to buy back stock or pay a dividend... you can’t buy back stock in the market when a share premium balance exists... getting smart guys and read, better your knowledge, that’s the only way you’ll succeed in these markets... Carribean ~ yes sorry, that was a cheap shot, more of a kick up the bum to get your buy in... £25k at 2.5p is 1m, £25k at 2.6p is 961,538, so a difference of 38,462 shares... Just take the 2.6p mate and lets squeeze this higher...

So could even be before the end of the month...

I don't think that does put him in a closed period, I think news which is due to be released puts him in one yes... You may just get your 2.51p, im happy with anything sub 2.6p as news could drop as any stage... squeaky bum time...

Warrants are attached to placings typically, but sometimes they aren’t... I have a broker SI Capital who offered the initial placing at 1.5p, and I only did £5k at the time, so got £5k of stock, and a 1:1 warrant at 2p... so 333,334 stock and 333,334 warrants...
