Don’t understand why the share price is falling unless the deal at £1.50 does not go ahead.

Can’t sell sipp will have to pay the tax which I don’t want to do

For me will have to take the tender offer as my shares are held in my Sipp and will not allow me to hold unlisted shares , which is a shame would have love to hold on to them as I do see good value long term.

Anyone any ideas

1. If the tender will be over subscribed .

2, how long will it be to re-list again

The isa holding shares will have to take the cash offer or pull out of the Isa and take the private option.

If takeover does not happen can see this falling below 50p.

AGM 2nd Nov , wonder if takeover will be completed before Nov 2

Must be getting close for the takeover competition. Creeping up slowly again.

Surly if they wanted to pull out of the takeover it would have happened by now .

Can’t see excepting a lower offer maybe holding back for a higher offer.

If takeover approved Any ideas when this takeover will be completed by and the money transferred to us.

If the takeover happens my guess is Tintra will not relist from its suspension.

Will not surprise me if the 5th Qct deadline is missed. As every target date set by Tintra has never been met always late.

May not relist again as Tintra.

let’s wait for more news regarding the bid. so far two options 1, cash out or 2 . a ************** alternative wonder what that will be .

Wonder if the group who are bidding are the same group who funded TNT . Will not be happy if not

Maybe they got to give a trading update due to the market rules does not been there are going to let us of a major partnership if anything more likely be another placing when news starts to come in .

Was hoping if a takeover was going to happen would have been above £3.00 , it’s a shame but I’ve take £1.50 .

Need a lot more then 3m funding will not last long ,

Where are they going to get rest of the funding 100m require to get the business to where they want it .
