The delays at WN could all be down to the problems Humber are rumoured to be having, we are unlikely to proceed with them still on the books if they are not putting there share in.

Regular 5k (£11k value) buys could quite easily be an ii trying to stay under the radar...if it is the mm's could be holding it here until the order is filled.
