I think this was indicated pre raise and pre FDA approval RNS's, both of which could significantly change the partner timeline. Our bargaining position is currently only getting stronger I think they will want in sooner rather than later.

It is, the interesting bit will be what they pay if they want there holding back up to 29.99%.
