Hard to know what to make of that Sunneva, 469 484 shares is around £1.75m so its hardly pocket change.

Agreed Zum, the WHO trial showed it’s as much about politics as anything else. We may not have a seat at the table yet, but we have now certainly got a foot in the door.

If our new investors are actually high quality we may see the sp improving rather than falling back, they are unlikely to flip for a small % and we are now funded for the next stage of our growth.

I think this bit is especially interesting...

I’m not sure where this £3 figure has come from?
We last placed at £3.48 given the advances we have made since last year, I would expect £3.48 would be the absolute minimum we can expect.
Getting this funding out of the way now puts us in a very strong bargaining position when the results start coming in from our trials, the next 6 months are going to be very interesting.

I’m hoping this is mainly to allow the Finnish funds an entry before we get a US listing.
There is a 90 day lock in anyway but I wouldn’t have expected anyone buying in the placing would have been attempting a quick flip.

Colin I totally agree, but I think talk of things being unfair to the Czech public is totally misplaced they have already had there pound of flesh via there gov.

Mick I get your point, but I'm no sure we really owe the Czech public anything...its in no small part due to the Czech government that we are not currently at a more advanced stage, add to that the gov have managed to basically get control of 1/2 of our asset due to there actions.
Indirectly the Czech public have already had a better opportunity than most of the people invested here before the Czech government started playing there games.
If they really wanted to buy they could buy here, Germany or Oz.

I’m not sure they are holding back any announcements...It could be argued it’s unfair and illegal to hold back price sensitive news.

I hadn’t spotted them CB, it feels like we are on the gentle drift down until next news. The mm’s love collecting shares off the traders in this window only to sell them back to them in a couple of weeks for
a nice premium ;)
Now would be the perfect time to get a Stateside listing off the ground, swiftly followed by a more detailed timeframe and maybe even a projected start date of our Hibiscus trial over there.

I think the next news will likely be an off take agreement, it wouldn’t surprise me if it was Tesla and they were also announced as a cornerstone investor at the same time.
If you were Musk why would you not take a slice of the company that’s going to be perfectly positioned to supply one of your most vital raw materials?
I know they have no ambition to be a mining company, but surly being a cornerstone while we are still at these low levels is a no brainier.
