I cannot see them letting it go easily, if they take out BCN they will have a greater holding in Zinn than they currently have in BCN. They might not have a controlling stake but they would be the biggest holder by far.

It's not like they need the money, and they have pockets deep enough to maintain that 44% holding no matter what funding is required.

GF's holding is Zinn is via there holding in BCN.

After the recent capital raise GF own around 28% of BCN.

BCN own around 44% of ZNWD.

Not if it came in the form of a white knight, we could easily be in a situation where certain parties do not want China having full control of such a large resource, an alternative bidder wouldn't have to complete a full takeover just enough to stop Ganfeng running away with everything at such a discount price.

Don't forget, they would also be getting 44% in Zinnwald for this crazy low offer.

Easily solved Erris bought BCN's Zinnwald holding, but in doing so handed 44% of there shares to BCN. BCN are currently the largest shareholder in Erris -

If us LTH's feel short changed imagine how M&G feel...I'm not sure this will be as easy as Ganfeng hope.

They sold it but now hold 44.3% of the shares in Erris resources.

If KDNC and M&G get together a takeover at this low level should be blockable...what we really need is white knight to come in and speak to them both before making a counter offer.
