Of the 14 holes drilled to date during the latest campaign @ TAM:

- 4 x crap

- 4 x good

- 5 x high grade

- 1 x exceptional

Basically the best part of 2/3'rd assays returned grades between good & exceptional.

OR Royalties owns a 0.6% net smelter return (“NSR”) royalty over the entire Cascabel property covering approximately 4,979 hectares. SolGold has the right to buy down one-third of the NSR until November 2026.

I was referring to hole 69 which has already started NMM

Drill hole 69 (TAM-08 which I mentioned a few weeks back) is defiantly one to look out for. It runs parallel to hole 58 (aprox. 100m south).

From today's RNS:

'Occurrences of bornite, a high-grade copper sulphide mineral observed in the drilling, provide further encouragement'.

Drilling will be completed in the next week.

The lower grades found to the north of pit 1 simply validates previous assumptions that pits 1 & 2 are not connected with high mineralisation, with results from holes 59 & 61 confirming this.

Hole 62 results confirms that pit 2 does not extend to the south west.

Following these results it may be the case that they are aiming to keep the footprints of pits 1 & 2 refined to focus on the higher grades. The addition of a 3rd pit may validate this assumption.

Hole 57 results: Fine

Hole 60 results: Good

Hole 65 results: Very good.

I suggest those who sold up this morning did not fully digest the contents of the RNS.

All results are above the 0.16 cut-off grade, which simply validates TAM as a viable open pit resource.

DV did state that there will be an 'ExploreCo update in the next quarter'. He is meeting with Ministry of Mines this week to hopefully break the levy deadlock.

What a great interview with Paul Harris (legend). In the space of a 25min interview, many of the questions we ponder day after day were clearly addressed.

CIPA: Due ‘imminently’. Yes, we all know that word refers to something which will happen sometime in the future! but I think we can assume within the next month (with portal and surface works ‘due to commence in the next month or two’ ).

DFS: ‘next year’, but DV is applying pressure on G-Mining – so, reading between the lines Q1 ‘25

Construction investment: We know that the $650m is not released before ‘decision to mine’ has been confirmed. Surely this cannot happen before the DFS is issued and permits in place. So, the burning question is how do we start surface works, relocate Santa Cecila (which is going to cost several $m) and start portal works without further investment.

The third trance of $33m is not due to be released before end of ’25. Will these monies be released in the next month?

Export banks have been ‘reaching out to DV’ – will investment be confirmed in the next month?

Raising capital: ‘when the share price is the right share price, I will be open to raise capital to strengthen the balance sheet’ – 28-30p IMO.

Concessions: are at the ‘pointy end of discussions’ with mining Co’s. DV is meeting again with Ministry of Mining next week, with the aim to break the deadlock.

‘We are going to relinquish several concessions’ (which we were aware of). Also, several concessions are going to be sold to 3rd parties. North Co is basically going to be cascabel with surrounding concessions thrown in which makes sense. South Co is our JV opportunity which will be Porvenir & local concessions.

TAM drilling programme: ‘ALL grades exceed initial modelling’. 'The drilling programme is drawing to an end', but further drilling to take place before PFS. Drilling will continue throughout next year (after the PFS). PFS released November?

Numerous 'catalysts' to propel the SP into 30's before year end. We still have our short friends to close out their position / II's to join the party / majors waiting in the wings to make a bid / spot prices of gold, copper & silver continuing to rise / TAM PFS etc, etc.

The futures bright.

1 month since: Holes TAD-57, TAD-59, TAD-60 and TAD-61 have been completed, and all the core samples have already been sent to the laboratory for analysis!!
