I guess Chinese are waiting to see DFS details to sign binding agreement, plus company needs to do further 40% production for another off take, these all will be done by November and after seeing all these good results we should be more confident.

There is definitely a serious buyer out there, I assume they knew the price could come to this level if the same broker is exchanging the stock.
Potential is massive and hopefully institutions know realising that and getting in!

Main thing is finance now, we got Best quality resource, all we need to get a partner who can finance it, I am sure there is no shortage of Chinese Companies keen to do it.
