I am not so sure about the interim CEO on the board. She seems a bit 'health , safety, & compliance' type to me. Too 'safe' !
I think Dr. T' departure was sudden, and she was the only one free to take on this interim job, what with Covid, and everything.

Building on a career platform as a Chartered Geologist, through a succession of appointments in strategy, commercial leadership and programme management I have developed a broad set of skills spanning change, organisational design, stakeholder management, Government and JV/partnership relations, corporate governance, safety and risk management.
