It does..... and IMO seven are safe, however the Megalit JV which has 3 concessions (2 have approved licenses but the third and largest area does not) covers approximately 89,000ha of the 100,000ha you mentioned

In this instance it means a majority stake in the producer...
The reason the Megalit concession is still under MSB and not the JV company Minera Megalit S.A. de C.V is because it hasn't been approved yet (since 2013.)
Only once the 'approved title' is granted will the concession be transferred from MSB to our JV.
All bets are off, but negotiable since the nationalisation....Tax breaks in exchange for majority ownership...

KM stated that it wouldn't get approval as it was too big and they were thinking of breaking it up into smaller parcels of land. Nothing since though.
