Agree re, clipper, whoever signed that off needs ther head looking at and head office to a certain degree, it wouldn’t have been an issue if the world hadn’t turned on its axis.
Investment from next is a master stroke and as I said before we will see £2 plus over the next couple of years.

Simple cash flow issue, two mistakes, garden trading and new head office. Should have raised money for these 12 months ago. None the less a good company, easy fix. I don’t doubt with the longer term of maybe 2 years these will be above £2

Very little downside. I can’t see shareholders accepting a low ball offer. This will make other options come to the table. On the other hand with next backing can only see this going one way longer term. Win win.
