100% agree. There’s more to this than we know. Would it be in tj’s inter3t to let it go bust and buy out of admin? Problem is he may have to bid against others. We know he’s back working full time for the co so that means he’s not given up. Are they negotiating with landlords and so want to look forlorn to be able to get better deals? Reduce rents or we will go bust? Who knows. This is t dead for sure, just hope shareholders don’t get shafted as well.

Keep saying we’re being played. Mondays rns was to stop the sp running away because of the Teatum news. That in itself is a lie because if you look at the joules corporate web site you can see he already owned 5% on the 23rd September, these were not accounted for in the rns as a previous holding. Not a squeak out of tj, seems very strange. Aim rule you can’t do a takeover at a lower price than you have paid in the last 12 months…

Been loads of occasions where a very small ut at the end changes the price in a big way. Never seen this before anyone any ideas?

I don’t think they have any say in wether Teatum buys more or not. Not sure why they would want the price low unless tj was going to take most of the raise at a low price. Todays rns looks to me like it was trying to put the brakes on.

Can’t see any reason for todays rns, states exactly the same as previously, no new press this weekend other than positive ones re Teatum buying shares. Without this rns the shares would have done 20 to 30 % up today. This rns May reverse that. Looks like they want the price low…

I can’t understand why tj and new ceo haven’t bought shares? Are they in a closed period? Anyone know? If there a way to find out?

Sure tj and new ceo will buy at some point. That will be the vote of confidence we need.

I’m in your boat. Amazing fall from grace. Keep harping on about £10m spent on garden trading and 20m on head office - am I right in thinking there would be zero debt without these two exceptionals?

I don’t think teatum is a takeover possibility. He’s held shares for a while.

Hope so, didn’t have the bolls to put more in as was very overexposed. Still well underwater but much more hopeful. Always knew tj wouldn’t let it go. Sure more news on the way.
