I wonder who has had a sniff around when they thought the company was in distress? I think we may here more about this at some point. Company is now in a stronger position to defend any low ball offer.
Correct, more headroom from a mainstream lender is great news. Trading hasn’t deteriorated more, new blood at the helm soon. Should recover somewhat now.
If they had a raise for garden trading acquisition and new head office it would have been justified at the time. Now it’s distressed. Only upside is it’s easy to identify the mistake. Other option is to offload garden trading if anyone was interested.
I agree, it’s his baby, no way he will let it go. Don’t forget he’s a very wealth man in his own right. I’m sure he would buy a big proportion of any raise.
I’ve been banging on about the high value auto trades for weeks and seems no one noticed. I think this could well head towards £1 again and still be cheap.
