Me too Luderitz. The very nice daily gains in ATM more than offset by the daily falls in BMN even though I've bought more ATM!

...right now , its looking as if Fortune should have spun BMN out of ATM....... :-)

IH. I read it as paying off a loan note which had accrued interest rather than adding positively to cash balance. So, straight 5% dilution but loan note sorted. Positive that they want to take 5% of the company to hold though....

We have all noted the relationship between V price and BMN share price....just seems to be an inverse one at the moment FFS!!!!!

Eco. I have thought that for around 12-18 months now. Especially when the SP was taken down below 10p. Shareholder resolve had taken a beating. The only thing now is the question of why it didn't happen 12 months ago. Prospects were largely the same and MCAP about half. Something of a missed opportunity for a buyout.

Agreed Knuttie, I've had more fun watching West Ham Man Utd in FA cup - which is saying something as it was an appalling game - an experience I don't want to repeat ever. Still, could be worse - I might have been a Liverpool fan.......;-)

Whilst I applaud wholeheartedly the moves to increase battery storage of energy which has been generated from renewable sources, I write to express a very significant concern about the type of battery your Planning Department has given permission for at Lumcloon. Lithium storage facilities have huge risks.

They are prone to fires which release Hydrofluoric Acid which is appallingly toxic . In addition there are no known ways of extinguishing fires in lithium battery sites.

By contrast alternative solutions using Vanadium Redox Flow Technologies are entirely safe and are now cheaper to run than Lithium batteries.

The current share price and MCAP are astonishing and defy logic . A completely different better monetised, far larger company where NAV exceeds MCAP today compared with two years age when the SP reached 48p - even if we were a bit overvalued at that point. We sit on many billions of pounds worth of Vanadium resources in some of the best deposits in the world which we have the rights to. The rise in V prices with rise in production WILL translate into very healthy profits this year - investors don't even have to wait for 2022-23!! It's here right now.
And anyone looking in : there is not a penny in the valuation for the BE /VRFB side of the valuation here. Yet.

....and still the MMs take it down.....astonishing given hoped for news .......!

...and it looks as if the rate of depletion of stock is accelerating rapidly. LME stock 1.12.20 3805t and by 1.2.21 820t......think we might see all time highs back to 35k
