What shareholding do Karl and Joanne own? If its substantial, then I'd like to have seen similar to Immupharma where the outgoing director entered agreement to not sell for three years or upon significant milestone achievement. Hope this doesn't now lead to a continued churn where the end was looking imminent.
Good to see a root and branch assessment of the company though and out with the old etc.
Bought in at a shade over 11 with a view on averaging down during the inevitable churn. I appreciate this wont be a big drop but did the placing shares enter the market today? I thought they did but it's usually accompanied by a confirmation rns. Cheers
It's a difficult one to find info on. Anyone got any useful links? What's the cap here and how much do they have to invest? I'm intrigued about this from the very little I know...could be great to be in from the start like with iig, which I guess is the pharma equivalent. Thanks
Hi, diing dome final research ahead of a very likely purchase tomorrow in mode. Bided my time, monitoring from the sidelines since ipo and timing seems right. The website and sn interview from a while back, both mention the use of 'traditional currency' with the app and super app. Can anyone shed anymore light on this....is there plans/can the model be applied to pound sterling transactions or is it pure crypto?
I'm not invested in msys but am in iig, avct and dvrg, which has lead me to here. I see a discussion about avct links with msys and think this might be missed by folk. This mornings rns about the latest investment for iig has 250k into msys. Alastair Smith the CEO of avct is also on the board of iig. Something is brewing at msys to get all these reputable names onboard....it might tempt me in on the next dip.
