big sell off..not big sell

HE1, First drill failed to find gas at TD due to technical reasons, washout but there were a number of untested shows on the way to TD..Price Tanked. Then it was announced that were drilling again, 20m away and were going to test 1 of the shows.. The price climbed and they stopped when the expected 1st show /target was just clay.. Did not attempt any of the other shows, conspiracy theory there appeared to be a big sell in the mean time..

Back in April Optiva gave 6p as a conservative outcome of 1c being certified as reserves, based on a successful appraisal well and subsequent development project. So I guess if you got in 2-3p May/june, and almost doubled your money yesterday then selling up must be a serious consideration.. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush

The only pattern I see 21x 250k trades, so far, anyway off for a walk after a coffee.
The last 2 walks, when I got back the sp was way higher, fingers crossed

if your suspicious of a leak its worth downloading the days trades from London Stock Exc..
The monday HE1 sell off started the days volume was something like 50M on LSE , but there was an additional ~45M canceled and amended trades.. might have coincidence.... but worth a look..download to excel, add auto filter, takes minutes

@KevinRound, I did the same with He1 but it only got me through without a loss.. I had managed to derisk by selling half..but I got caught on Tai2.. When Tai2 was announced I started putting the money back in.
I had to sit and wait for the bounce..
So this time, with good updates the last section of the drill was time to derisk.
There does seem to be a few good opportunities each year to build on.. And I think ADV will provide a few more if Buffalo is good.
Just some of my savings, but would pay the bills for a few years, and being in those later stages of life I am using it to hopefully jump start my portfolio.. At the end of the day inflations going to eat it up in a high street account but if I lost it..
I pay attention to who is invested too, I followed DBD, SGF and Joshwaa here, .but I did my research as best as I could before buying.. I dont have the skills and timing to play at their level but this appeared reasonable.

Assuming a 2c outcome does anyone see the sp dropping below the estimated risked NAV 8p/share up until production(positive assumption).. and say no other asset announced until late later half of the year..
Obviously know one can know for sure but there are plenty of experienced guys here so thought its worth asking, especially as HMS has me thinking with his plan..
