All this is new stuff to me....
You have those voting right conversions going on , which are the non Voting shares Rhino sold.
Those non voting rights are already on the market as the conversion does not change the listed share count.
So Rhino have reduced their holding while another(mcm I think) is increasing their voting rights..
All over my head, but not looked to deep into it.. but I think both have been selling too, but would have to check..

I have a mate who seems to be able to buy any piece of junk and sell for a profit, when you ask him how he knows he could buy and sell that lump of rusty metal, he says he just knows.... So..

Tro, so Eqt.. what reason did you have to believe there would be a bounce, just the charts or some fundamentals or both..
I started looking into your Jse tip, and away it went, that happens more than it should to me...

Need some patience, take look at the chance of a rise before the placing, but that suggests some manipulation or a company that also has patience to wait for right moment..
As for dodgy, just got to remember he has had people believing a drill is just around the corner since last years wet season shallow drills, saying Jan is just keeping it close enough for people to hold, looking after the share price, mind games.. I would'nt surprised if in wet Q1, he suggests drier Q2 to further de-risk the drill ;)
