looks like out of Dec 21 balance...there was enough to run the company for 6 months after the £7m raise..

£0.45m of the Company's existing cash added to the £7m(less expenses) drilling funds, leaving working capital to last at least 30 June 2023.. So I guess the extra £3m will mean a raise early 2024

Use of proceeds

The proposed Fundraise will support the targeted single hole exploration drilling programme, with the budget currently based on current estimated timeline and costs for the drilling rig, logistics, civils and drilling services, subject to final contracts, and limited cost escalation. The breakdown of the use of proceeds includes:

· Drilling rig: £2.07m

· Drilling services: £0.75m

· Civils: £0.36m

· Formation evaluation: £2.05m

· Drilling ancillaries: £0.35m

· Tax: £0.88m

· Additional working capital: £0.99m

The above use of >>>>>proceeds includes an additional £0.45m of the Company's existing cash balance <<<<<<< being utilised for the drilling campaign. The successful completion of the proposed Fundraise would provide the Company with sufficient working capital to at least 30 June 2023 based on the Phase II drilling campaign commencing in Q1 2023.

I think Oily Jack, stating just 200bopd, is sticking the boot in....
when you consider updated was for over 500 barrels per day ("bpd") of hydrocarbon liquids which includes oil, condensate and natural gas liquids ("NGL's"), as well as significant natural gas....

But I dont know enough, to say if thats all added value or extra costs...??

88 Energy (88E), announced the execution of a rig contract for the drilling of the Hickory-1 exploration well. Permitting and planning remain on track for a scheduled spud in late-February / early-March. Hickory-1 is said to be designed to appraise six key reservoir targets and 647 million barrels of oil. The company states that further details of the drilling program and schedule will be announced in the lead up to the spud. In the meantime, expect a placing to finance the drill.

Pantheon Resources (PANR) announced an operational update and final results for the year ended 30 June 2022. As regular followers know, I have been a longstanding sceptic, so the news announcements and consequences were no surprise: the flow rate reached only 200 barrels of oil per day, the share price collapsed and the shorts rounded on the promoters. The financial results were equally grim: cash and cash equivalents at 28 December 2022 were reported as only $16.6 million with a loan balance due of $39.2 million. The company is now essentially out of cash with a non-economic project and limited fund raising possibilities.

Unless that page is exaggerating the current area that rig can operate in, then we are owed an explanation for choosing an unbinding MOU over a rig such effort was put into.... ....
Unless it was agreed the Predator was a second option , but would you then commit to the expense of the refurb, unless another was funding all or a good amount of....
We do seem to have burned up to $9m, for a year with nothing to show..
He1 never added a significant amount from the 2022 balance to the pot created from the raise???

Now they probably know He1 have £10m, so maybe they will offer the Predator at a cost comparable to Exalo's rig 202... ;)

@Xvoilet, 88e might make a good start to achieving my plan of 12 consecutive 50% trades, that will produce a gain of x129 bags.. Not going to be greedy, so leaving some up side for the guy who takes on my shares..
Obviously as KevR suggests it could multi-bag I can hold for more....
And of course it might do little, still a risk

After He1, no love for any company here, but they know many will sell before news, so doubt they love us either..

Pick out 3 or 4 a year, until target is achieved will be quick enough for me, no rush :)
