@Latorre, if you only follow one share your almost allowing yourself to be groomed, as you will have no other experience.. My best investments have been through others mentioning other shares, He1 was introduced to me on the Syme BB, a few guys there showed interest, so I followed them here..

If your new to Oil&Gas you should be reading other companies drilling updates, and digesting them so you get a feel for what important info is missing, and understand when abandoning a well is a good or bad thing.

Then you get that pleased to announce we have completed a successful drill, lots of positives but the price is dropping, its not commercial.. Seen one where people were buying into a failed result, many on the BB arguing it was a success..

Sat on both sides, as the story changes so should your position, you can believe, but they have to deliver.

Its great news they have the rig, but that rigs export issues were resolved in February, public knowledge too, so He1 only recently being aware.... does'nt really matter, not sure why it was said, excuses.. but pat on the back time..

@Latorre, I have been unhappy with He1 for the past 18 months,still found reason to have a bigger holding than phase 1, glad I did'nt sell now, lol

Even if I make just 25%, its still far better than 3/4 years in a high street BS or any managed funds they offer..

Maybe a long slow gainer, LBE, II dumped the shares, all time low 10p, company announced JV talks 20p, Gov approved JV, then Announced production Acquisition, now 29p(MC only £15m), Q3 drill, depending on discovery size(if) JV will pay up to $30m.......drills already funded... Worth a read..I dont have the knowledge to recommend at the current price but could soon have more money than its MC ??

Not at this stage of my education, I would do it as the volume dries up, .. :(

But this share has been perfect, just after the placings, when you know the company is'nt going bust and new money means progression..

Some dont seem to get the volume, but probably can be worked, while others tick down quickly with a few large consecutive sells, and in those cases you have a scramble to the sell button when the bid ticks back up..

Like that 20% rise to 9.5p, then dropping back, 0.5p cheaper to buy back. that £1k on 200,000 shares.. not to be sniffed at..but you dont want risk being left behind..and sometimes those rises stick

But thinking "crew" news should see a rise, then selling into, but could easily hold a 10% rise, but not sure another 20% would stick, as drill pipes and well control equipment need to come...

I just hope Noble get a head start, if they discover, while we are about to spud, there will probably be an overheated rise, a fall ,then a rise past spud,

@Wyn, there is a £100k trader, thats not greedy, pops in when fundamentals right, in strong uptrend, when liquidity is high, and takes their profit quickly, maybe in over night selling into strong morning volumes, a quick £10/15k...nice..

Fingers crossed He1 is a stepping stone towards having the funds to do likewise for many here...

There are a few I have noticed, double of the lows at least once a year, multi-bagging every so often.. QED being one..Its been around forever, forever moving time lines.. Worth sticking on your radar...

Should be able to sell into future rises too, whether it be an unexpected pump or news, and with full take up, hopefully there should be plenty of time, and a nice return, anything above 10% beats anything on the high street, even some of those managed funds

People are setting 20p expectations and higher, mines 14p lol.

If it drops to 8/9p I will be selling a few that will recover losses at 10/11p...As I see little risk as there is 3 to 4 weeks before people start getting nervous..

Did consider buying those straight back after, but the spread is quite a size on some, so may leave on He1, or just park the funds...

QED, has all that news to come, jumps off lows, so if the Open Offer is fully taken up, has a year to do 100% yet again off a about a penny lol...

I bet many unloaded Friday, especially those getting margin calls, I think a few more would have sold on Monday too, so a close call. Probably the worst update ever considering the fall that followed , and that the Predator was in country Monday, but I was able to take advantage..

Probably reminds a few of that phase 1 progress update, where the depth remained unchanged, the price fell sharply and some positions got called..

Interesting, so you don't set expectations just see how the TA plays out..

One said the best actors are children as they are always playing, its only when the adult appears with expectations, attempting to improve, that things go wrong.. something along those lines

Funny enough those few shares I have done well, are the ones I have been uncertain about, not quite understanding the company message. So not over committed, and taken my profit, happy with what I got..
