@Skittish, could be TPDC intended to put bids out for a drill operator, and now He1 are 1st in line... Paid to drill and maybe rights to any data collected, so funds and exploration data..

So if the oiler discovered helium in its mix, that belongs to He1... so a dispute likely unless some agreement was in place before.....
