Mind you Zephyr, I think this price good be taken advantage of for a placing, but still means twos would have been a bargain ... Non of those updates have said how the drill is funded until the insurance is paid out, or if the insurance company is directly picking up the bill

Scotts a genuine LTH, he is probably asking as the RNS states "equivalent" which without full understanding of how they derived that figure, could mean they flowed gas for a day, and the 4.7% concentration produced a calculated 0.5mmcf/day or they flowed for 1 hour a gave a 24hr equivalent.. or something else...

Odd that 4 gunmen, knowing what happens to people who speak out in Russia would flea without their weapons..

If you do something like that to defenceless people you shoot yourself before getting caught, especially in Russia

I hope those were the guilty guys..

Without a full description of the testing that a novice would understand then equivalent could mean a number of things, maybe..

1. flowed gas for a full day, 10MMscfd, equivalent 0.5MMscfd helium at 4.7%,......... fantastic

2, flowed gas for a solid 1 hour, then x24 to give a days equivalent of 0.5MMscfd....nice

3, Also mentioned is a calculated rate, is that modelling values from sampling, or just calculating the percentage ?,

But since the flow was exsolved from fluid, unless the fluid was constantly being replaced, how long could the flow have lasted.. ?

Would the well over flow, or partially fill until the weight stopped water Ingressing

QEDs 0.8p, after last funding 1.25p, all that silence, worrying about the pump, ..... then 3,2p x4...

Will they do it again, a penny is not far away, dipped to 1.15p announcing latest 1.25p funding then upped to almost 1.4p.. back to 1.3p....

I guess people selling to buy the OO at above 1.3p, makes sense... but they then extended the OO int next years ISA, so that may reduce the selling for fresh cash next ISA year.....

That reminds me, what's the trend around ISA time, ?

When does the selling/buying start, taking profits in the tax year, and maybe transfer into ISA, B&ISA

They use "Expected" , and it could be purely QED's expectation....So if the date is missed its not technically misleading...

@Turbot, out of interest, when they announced the need to raise there were a number of posters who believed the raise was only going to be a top up, and reading that update that was very plausible with the comments written..

If they made it clear their intention there would have been a sell off, 40-50% drop straight away

I remember it being Tip, and thinking if the price of coal comes down it will do badly.. Being very inexperienced back then didn't give a thought to the short term possibilities, and had no clue about the herd, volumes, potential..

Highlighting Liberums statement, I am actually pointing out the rigs vastly improved reliability, and suggesting its likely both the electrical and hydraulics issues have been addressed...

@Turbot, I think there is an art to the vagueness, and that's why often people seem to be on different pages after an update, and you have people selling on the same updates others are buying..

The updates a written with the input of professionals, and when see how clear Liberum are in that short to the point statement, you know it that vagueness can be removed..

But its the same with a lot of AiM companies

@richar, just how easy it is to clearly present facts, leaving nothing in interpretation.

Originally the rig issues were described as electrical and hydraulic issues, so He1's statement leaves you assuming the electrical issues persist.. That's poor communications..

During the rig audit they did similar but that time they were hiding faults,

"The audit, which is now 80% complete, has catalogued required repairs which are being addressed by the drilling company. """"There are no major failures identified to date that Helium One management team believe would prevent the Rig from being used successfully in a future drilling campaign."""""""

Before they could complete the remaining 20%, they had to rebuild the engine after stripping it while identify power issues.... They didn't mention that at the time..

It makes it very difficult to be sure of what they are telling you
