Mmmmmmm, they could do a QED, talk the talk, get the FOMO going then release a price sensitive RNS, followed by a few jam tomorrows while FOMO is strong, then raise... Have some posters suggesting the raise will be at a premium. City gets to sell high before funding a heavily discounted placing.. Matd love big discounts..
