i think BB can influence share prices where you have a very small volume of trades and frequent price movements around +-10% for no reason.. That new investor totally clued up on all the jam tomorrow, welcomed by the regular posters, the breakout is due..

I dont try to understand it in too much detail, seen trolls try to manipulate FF, investors holdings, ii selling out, become a tangled web..
The share price has remained around its current price so I am really happy its all had little impact

I did not realise there could be thorium and uranium so far up, and assumed they were deep below the karoo.
The brochure suggests that slimline logging offers a good alternative to core log samples, (core samples being mentioned this morning, so may not be doing that)..

Interestingly I checked the FF a number of times when Scir sells were announced, I did not notice any updates to the FF,
I dont know in what time frame the FF gets updated though..

The bulk of Marr's reduction to 3% was due to the increase in shares listed, but still looks to have sold some

The only thing I am sure of is there are more shares available for the PI
Until this week the newly issued shares were not finding their way to the PI, so I guess the big guys were holding or selling amongst themselves, or the FF was not getting updated(unlikely)
but yesterday just 1.37m new shares were listed while today the FF has been updated and increased by 20M, totaling 37M recently..
A while back the FF decreased while shares listed increased..
I am not clued up on this stuff, so cant add anything substantial, just DBD can fill his boots..

I think nitrogen is the carrier gas for helium, and water the carrier for the gas mix..

Not originally my observation but its been posted that no mention of seeps has be made for Tai which I take as a real positive.
No helium migrating to the surfaces suggests those faults ain't leaking, IMO, well I hope so :)

After reading DeepBlueDivers post again "(good estimates)", and thinking about the P50 estimates while taking a stroll. I thought what you have said, they have already estimated
But then I thought, they will have depth and porosity both verified locally through drill testing and hopefully % helium, so 3 updated values... But now think they will wait till appraisal for the most accurate results
Then I remembered Noobs DME report mentioning the depth of the resource, so will find that..

I think the issue with flow testing during exploration is that the mud kind of plasters/renders the bore hole wall so reducing permeability unless its cleaned..but there should be enough gas for a sample if all goes well..but that might be a load of orchids..

Just checked and DM is using grade instead of percentage, saying "which is bubbling up to surface at a grade of over 10".

But I guess if they have the area, 10 km^2 plus the depth, they have the volume..along with porosity and % helium they should be able to estimate the size of the reserve...

@Scott22, you gave me so good clues there, I failed to find anything that matched DMs description before..just sewage pipe testing..
The packer seems to be part of the available drill string testing suite offered, I found the packer advertised mainly for permeability testing, with fluid sampling listed along with other applications
I think the one DM mentions uses inflatable packers that seal off the area in the bore hole under test, so an upper and lower balloon. There is a valve in the upper that allows fluids to flow to the surface. They seal off the test area by inflating both balloons then lower the pressure in the area so fluids can flow to surface.. I guess there is a risk of the uncleaned hole failing the test.. That being the case will have our discovery and will have to wait until appraisals for more..

@Prae, thanks for replying, its such a complex subject, I think I understand something then a comment leaves a question in my mind..you have added some more info with your post..:)
SeisPro made some very interesting comments about what we can expected from the exploration results, changed my understanding of what to expect.
DM mentions that they will be able grade the gas column using its depth if they get the percentage of helium during exploration. I am not sure what is included in the grading info.
They also know the approx area from the 2D infill, so I assume we will get an estimate to the size, and I dont really understand how the flow test(I believe pressure) gives the size..
