If we re-open on 2.4p then that would be okay.

As of May 16, 2025, the Plan of Arrangement between Solvonis and Awakn is in its final stages, having secured overwhelming shareholder support. The Supreme Court of British Columbia hearing was scheduled for April 28, 2025, but there is no public confirmation yet of the court's final approval. Necessary approvals from the Canadian Securities Exchange also remain outstanding. The transaction is expected to close by the end of May 2025, pending satisfaction of all remaining conditions.
