Your Awakn Life Sciences shares now have no value because the company has been acquired by Solvonis Therapeutics plc (LSE: SVNS), and Awakn has been delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange as of May 28, 2025, with delisting from the OTCPink Market following shortly after. Under the acquisition terms, Awakn shareholders are entitled to receive 46.67 Solvonis shares for each Awakn share previously held.
If your account still shows the old Awakn shares with no value, it likely means the conversion process to Solvonis shares is not yet complete in your brokerage or custodial account. This can sometimes take several days or weeks after a corporate action, especially if you hold shares outside the UK, as additional administrative steps may be required to obtain your new Solvonis share certificates.
You should contact your broker or account provider to ask when the Solvonis shares will be credited to your account. Once the conversion is processed, you will hold Solvonis shares, which are listed on the London Stock Exchange and should have a market value
