Johnson & Johnson recently made a major strategic bet on mental health, acquiring Intra-Cellular Therapies for $14.6 billion to access CAPLYTA, a novel CNS drug for depression and schizophrenia.

At that time, Intra-Cellular Therapies sold one drug treating schizophrenia and bipolar I and II depression, Caplyta, and had trials ongoing for others that could treat Alzheimer's Disease and Parkinson's Disease.

Remainder of Licence 3U Prospective Resources: 3,227,556 Mscf

At current market prices, the Itumbula development and the remainder of the Mining Licence area represent a potential helium value ranging from approximately $118 million (2C Itumbula) up to over $1.6 billion (3U Remainder), depending on the resource category and prevailing market prices.
