The public warrants will contain the same general terms and conditions of the CPTK warrants, including a five-year term, a cash exercise price of US$11.50 per share, subject to adjustment, and are redeemable for $0.01 per warrant upon 30 days' notice if the closing price of the underlying shares equals or exceeds $18.00 per share for any 20 trading days within a 30-trading day period ending three business days before the redemption notice is sent to the warrant holders. The company will reportedly first guage the market reaction to its headset by showcasing its prototype (Project Moohan) and releasing teaser videos during its next Galaxy Unpacked event in July 2025. Samsung is currently in the final stages of preparation for the headset, which is internally called Project Infinite.

This event will be a very interestig watch,there is a posdibility of the vVR headset being showcased .In the past new Samsung products have been showcased 3-4 months prior to going on sale,this would tie in with the October date.Something is definetly cooking.
