In Germany, HyProMag GmbH ("HyProMag Germany") is developing a rare earth magnet recycling and manufacturing plant at Pforzheim (the "Pforzheim Plant"), with first production targeted by the end of 2025. HyProMag USA LLC ("HyProMag USA") completed a feasibility study in 2024 for a rare earth magnet recycling and manufacturing operation in the USA, with detailed engineering currently underway and first production targeted for H1 2027.

Government has Mining Development Agreements with Globe Metals, Lotus and Mkango Resources, with the latter two signed last year in which the Malawi Government has a 15 percent stake in Lotus and 10 percent in Mkango Resources through Lancaster Exploration.
