LONDON and PHILADELPHIA - May 13, 2026 - Avacta Therapeutics (AIM: AVCT, "the Company", "Avacta"), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing pre|CISION®, a tumor-activated oncology delivery platform, today announces it has issued and allotted a total 1,604,063 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares are being issued in settlement of a Notice of Conversion for £1.20 million of the principal amount of the Company's unsecured convertible bond (the "Conversion").

As a result of the Conversion, the principal remaining under the convertible bond will be reduced by £1.20 million to £19.20 million.

Anyone thought that the facility might not be fully utilised?It is a guarantee of monies but not a requirment to be used-if major funding or bid comes in then it will not be needed and the co would buy the balance vack as stated in the rns

If any Facility Shares have not been sold by Zeus by the end of a Tranche's agreed term, the Company will be obliged to consider a potential buyback of any outstanding Facility Shares, subject to shareholder approval.

Solvonis Therapeutics plc (LSE: SVNS), an emerging biopharmaceutical company developing novel small-molecule therapeutics for high-burden central nervous system ("CNS") disorders, notes that Professor David Nutt, Chief Scientific Officer of Solvonis, is scheduled to speak at a high-profile public addiction research meeting convened by the U.S. National Institutes of Health ("NIH").
