Julian Mkango does not appear to be a real or prominent individual; however, the name is very similar to Julian Treger, CEO of CoTec, a company that partners with Mkango Resources. Both men are heavily involved in the rare earth metals industry, particularly with the development of rare earth recycling projects through the joint venture, HyProMag USA.
