I wake up thinking today is the day that we will finally get news that sres has done some form of deal.

Every day its disappointing me, this investing lark can be very frustrating.

An NDA doesn't stop the CRMC being outbid. It's out there that there is a CRMC interested and Sres have also tweeted that they have been approached by more companies.

The NDA stops the identity of the CRMC coming out though.

What information have I ever given that's misleading?

Yeah the idea that this share price needs to hit 5p before you will be satisfied smacks of someone just looking for something to moan about.

This share could be way lower than that , and almost certainly will be, and PC can be roundly congratulated for a job well done.

Yeah 500,000 tonnes a year I think was said.

Selling 50,000 tonnes will not do much for our investments.

If we had no updates for a while I could understand it but I assume you all read the recent RNS'. Things are happening but they may take a little longer.

The share price in the meantime is not really in PC's control. We are a little miner with unsexy product, its going to take proper contracts for the market to notice but when it happens it should be quite dramatic due to the tiny mcap.

Yeah maybe PC could spend his time chasing attention and getting brokers to big us up but at this stage of the journey it's more important that he is spending time getting the deals done rather than pushing the SP.

To put it quite simply there isn't yet enough interest in the company to move the share price.

We may realise the potential there is for this but right now we are just one of hundreds of other mining companies on the market all saying we are about to strike it rich and most of them are all looking for much sexier materials.

The market will be waiting for deals with monies attached to them and some more certainty over the future.

Once deals are done then the share price will move but until then it just isn't high profile enough.

Only because I don't have any money.

Good news here and a JV or a sale of the site would hopefully remove the need for any placing in the future.

If I hadn't done my dough on some other failures I would be topping up here.

The other similar sized transaction was a buy, no way anyone was selling more than 2m for the high end of .24.

Amazing trial results, multiple customers interested and even looking for more Pozzolan to mine!

That shows the interest is there and with our tiny mcap the upside should be quick and large for private investors.

The market giant always the best valuer of assets though, especially for a company at the stage that sres is. Nobody is paying attention right now.

I am in EUA too so I know about markets being no good at valuing resources in the ground.

All I know is that no matter what happens here I really need something to happen in the next few months or I will have to start selling a few.

We have to see something that adds value Patrick, this company has had a licensed mine for over a year and we arent really worth any more than the day the license was issued.

Something has to be happening, surely? No way would we go 3 months without an update and more than a year after license award without anything happening.

1p wouldn't be the best I could hope for but it would be a result.

If I woke up tomorrow to an RNS announcing a sale and dividend of 1p I certainly wouldn't be crying.

£25M distributed to shareholders after tax, expenses etc would not be the end of the world.

Do I think it could be a lot more, yes it may well be.

I would still consider that a victory to me as a private investor though.

Has anyone been in a share before when things have gone this quiet for so long at a time when news should be due?

I don't think I have. 3 months since CS news, a year since the license to mine and absolutely nothing. Not even a little JV to dig up Silver.
