Deals take time whether there is a power imbalance or not. PC should update us more for sure and it's time for one now but the nonsense spouted today about projects being over because a presentation has been updated are just embarrassing.
CS has value even in a straight up sale, not as much as other deals but its certainly never just going to be abandoned.
Comeonsres2 was simply having a temper tantrum this morning and it was embarrassing, I was straight up embarrassed for him.
I remember that because someone complimented me on the buy as I had told them it would show up and it did, they said 'nice buy daddy'. It was for £8500 if I remember rightly so god knows what nonsense you have invented in your head.
My behaviour on this board is absolutely not one of a wum, I simply call you out for your hysterical nonsense like this morning. I get frustrated, this is not the land of milk and honey, but I also see the upside here and think we will get there in the end.
It's you who lurches around and lashes out with today being a prime example. You are frustrated so all of a sudden everything is rubbish and the whole project is dead in the water! On what evidence? Oh well someone in the company had updated some powerpoint slides.
You are behaving like a child.
I don't go quiet, you seem to attribute all sorts of views to me that I have never expressed it's you who is gobbing off.
I am annoyed at the radio silence and I have expressed that, you are just lashing out though.
The suggestion that someone updating a few PowerPoint slides means that the project is dead is just ludicrous. The idea that negotiations would be 24/7 and any other activity at all shows they arent happening is also ludicrous, Patrick probably wasn't even the one who did it ffs.
As for the rest of the nonsense about buying at a low price and something about me not having done so I genuinely don't even know what you are talking about or what your point is?
No news has never been good news yet but I hope this time it is. The last update was positive but the trials should be long finished by now and there has been no update off the back of it with some next steps.
It's getting really disappointing now that CS has not been monetized in any way, in fact nothing had for sres at all. It's time now Patrick, you need to start selling things and making some money for everyone involved.
Of course the optimist in me believes that we haven't been updated because things are being finalised but then I look back at the history here and start to doubt that.
It's not that I don't trust PC, I am not one of the who thinks he has disdain for the private investors or doesn't want to see the share price go up, but he needs to communicate better and to get a bloody move on.
I do understand all of the issues with planning these things and relying on others for trials etc but investors need to be kept up to date and be given an idea of where this company is going.
We are all guessing that a big deal is on the way because of some vague comments about a CRMC and because we have no other deals of mine plans but we should have a clearer idea of what the company is planning.
At least PC and his wife have sone Insight into what's happening with the company!
The rest of us know we have sent some product out on trials which went ok but have no other idea about timescales, costs, income or pretty much anything.
The communication is really poor, PC really should have been keeping investors much more up to date as he is hugely behind the reasonable timescales on this project.
Unfortunately investors missed a trick at the last AGM and didn't really put any pressure on and we are stuck with very little power and control.
We are all hoping that things are moving behind the scenes but we have no evidence of that. There has been no formal announcement of a plan to create a joint venture, we have zero offtakes and no mining plans etc.
We have zero to base any investment decision on and that's why this is dropping. What are nee investors meant to think? A fully licensed mine with no customers and no mining plan a full 18 months later?
CS doesn't have to be sold to generate a return for us shareholders. Even if that's the eventual situation this share will move up a fair bit as soon as they strike their first deal and that can't be too far away now.
Selling the whole company?
As it stands probably about £50m.
After we get some contracts on CS and the costings to mine the thing don't blow the company up then something around £100m?
Hard to say really, companies are hard to value at the stage sres is at.
CS should add 2p onto the share price really, just a single contract for 500,000 tonnes per year of pozzolan should do that.
