To be totally fair just over a month ago PC said this:
"This is further good news for the CS Project. The permitting delays that we experienced late last year and earlier this year are now behind us and we are pleased to see that market interest in our potential products remains strong. We expect to be delivering test samples to a range of customers over the next few weeks for testing as part of the offtake negotiations."
So a few weeks from that samples will have been delivered to customers as part of negotiations. Thats pretty good, that confirms there are negotiations but as others have stated on here these tests will take a while.
I dont think the delay is that bad, yeah maybe he could have told us all the samples had been mined.
Yeah I appreciate that its on the optimistic side but I just cant get beyond the value of the product ready to be sold and the relative cheapness of getting hold of the stuff. Deals to sell £millions of there stuff over years should make the map way beyond some of these other minors who are rising off the back of JV's and little else.
The idea was to stimulate a bit of conversation on here really but that hasn't really worked!
Seeing as there isn't much going on around here, and probably won't be for a while yet, I thought we should all get positive about things. I am now starting to think that while this is paused when it does come to life this will go off big time.
The assets in the ground and the relative ease of mining them, even if the company does have to raise £10m or so for equipment in later stages, should really mean that the value of this company hits the bloody sky when deals are signed.
I am going for £250m market cap minimum and with a bit of dilution along the way a share price of 6p. That feels crazy based on where we are but I think its going to happen, there I have said it. If PC manages to strike gold anywhere in the meantime then gold fever in aim could push it even higher.
Maybe its that Friday feeling but I am feeling positive (although in the back of my head I also think I am crazy).
We don even know for sure the samples have been sent! Do we know hat the bond has been paid? I assume so because it had to be paid within 60 days of permit award but it would be nice to hear these things.
I totally get what people say about being patient and I keep allowing myself to be over optimistic that the longer we wait the more chance of it being a really big deal/deals but I don't think not would hurt for a little update to at least let people know that wheels are turning in the background.
**** them off to your hearts content Safe, I think I agree with you on a lot of it. I don't think this board are creaming money off but yeah they don't seem in any major rush and if they are they aren't keeping us shareholders up to date.
Thats one of my real peeves in any investment I have, keep me up to date with progress even if its to say there hasn't been a lot.
No matter which way I look at this I am 100% convinced that this is going places and in a big way. This company isn't relying on market sentiment to rocket the SP in the way that many other precious metals miners do but will soon have very solid fundamentals that can't be ignored.
Whether it's going it alone or JV or even a full sale the company will soon be shifting its product to market and at £9m cap right now the upside is huge.
Once its got its deals in the bag then this company should be worth north of £100m pretty easily, I just don't see any way it doesn't get there in the end.
So much of the risk is gone here but it may take a little while to get there. Pretty much the only risk I can see is that the board will dilute things or take a huge portion of any sale/JV revenue for themselves in bonuses. As long as they don't do that then once we have deals for Pozzalan and Perlite sales I see this being 3p and upwards.
It was the placing that knocked the share price back and there has been no news to change the sentiment and move it forward since.
I think the nature of sres is that it will get no attention now until news comes out. There are just too many other players out there with regular news flows to attract investment. This will probably sit around here now until we either get some hints about good things or its announced and then it should jump quite a lot if its new based around orders.
The question really is when that news will be. We don't really know whether the samples have been delivered, how long those evaluations will take and then the big one is whether the samples are acceptable.
Well that's good. Hopefully those long term figures reach the markets and get the cap up as its ridiculous right now.
Today I notice its been a seas of blue with millions of shares bought, one sell for about £50 and the price goes down.
