King5hot, I think the Orderly Market Agreement commits the relevant shareholders to not dispose of any of their Shares other than through the Orderly Market Agreement via the Company’s brokers.

King5hot, I to have been thinking about the warrants and who could be selling. Does anyone know anything about Mike Joseph (share holder) all I could dig up was he has shares in PCG Entertainment along with Omar Ahmad who was until recently was with Origen Capital LLP who passed their holding of Eqtec to khalid Choksy. Origen Capital LLP have 6 officers 1 of which are Altair Group Investments who are registered in the British Virgin Islands. Don't know what any of it means but all seems to be linked in some way, just thinking out loud.
