I hope sentiment continues to improve. They've done a few investor shows, for which they are to be commended and a few appearances on proactive Investors - although in my opinion Michael Hunt who has done those has lacked enthusiasm - perhaps he's done it for too many years now ? It's a long slog to get pharmaceuticals approved and now we're coming into the closing stages, more energy has to be shown to keep the market onside. For long term holders, we know that Reneuron has the science underpinning the company given that we're beyond Stage One trials in the product range but I keep thinking that the BOD does not fully appreciate the need to keep a commercial focus. It's great to help Humanity but making sure you have a vibrant commercial enterprise, will help Humanity a whole lot faster and better. That's my rant over for the week.

Agreed thedoghouser - but have you looked at the terms of those recent ZOO share options - I think they could be cashed soon making profits individually of hundreds of thousands �

Thedoghouser - I presume you're referring to Cracken as your mention of ADVN means nothing to me. If anyone has any thoughts about the massive share options the BOD gave themselves and when it's thought they could be cashed I'd really like to know please as it could have a big impact on the sp.

Something is behind this prolonged shareprice rise but I think we should be worried about the exceedingly large shareoptions the BOD has given to themselves. I believe they are now - or will be after the results are announced - in play. This will lead to the temptation to cash in for a massive ready profit so soon after they were instigated just a few months back !

Really interesting to read your comments & the links Leveraged. I thought there would be a quick turnaround when the share fell to around 38p after the news of Church & Dwight's relinquishing its license from FUM. So the further fall to the low 20ps has left me down. We're now well down on the placing from 2014 and the market still waits for some clarification from James Barder on where the Companay is at. Quite what is going on in the worldwide condom market and why FUM doesn't seem to be progressing in it is a mystery to me. The sooner we get an RNS the better.

I do agree Sisyphus - whether the market does though is still hard to discern. I think we all thought acquisition news might have been earlier. Still, I've topped up at 12.27 at 6.25p As the underlying trading has been getting better all year from what we can tell.

With the bid now at 6p compared with the placing price of 6.5p suggests a worryingly delay felt by the market on lack of news !

SoH tells a good story and today's is really exceptional IMO - true that we can't yet see financial numbers as we're at the start of the journey. But the logic is there for all to see, Big companies signing up all over the place on similar profit sharing basis whereby OPTI now only has to sit back you might say and watch the revenue stream come in next year.

Now we know why the activity yesterday - leaking news with AIM stocks as usual !?! However, it's great news for RENE long tern holders as we should see the SP continuing to strengthen and the share get re-rated.

Juxtaposed - dealing for me in RENE (and for that matter most others shares I've dealt with over years) has never been a problem. I wonder if it's more likely who you deal with ? I use share.com which I'm very happy with.

Just for interest, tried a dummy sell/buy for 200,000 - was quoted 1.965 - 1.99

Just to finish re my previous post. Glucose monitor is manufactured by Abbott Labs. a US company with market cap of $95m paying regular divs, currently yielding approx 2%. Trading under the ticker ABT currently approx $40 a share.

Digging a bit deeper, it seems there is curently one item that should immediately benefit. Flash Glucose Monitor. This is manufactured by FreeStyle Libre. https://www.freestylelibre.co.uk/libre/products/sensors.html The sensor including two 14 day sensors costs �157. Follow-up sensors are �57 each for 14 days use. They are supposedly now going to be available by prescription. So, even allowing for a big reduction in price, this gadget is going to transform that company ? Might be better off trying to get shares in that company - it could be more rewarding than RENE perhaps in the short term ?

Heard this on the news on the Today programme this morning. It sounds very much like what our company needs. Has our BOD the imagination/energy to see if some of our treatments could get fast-tracked via this method ?

Kezzman - the answer is obvious really - the shareprice has underperformed - which often happens in the biotech arena because of the long lead times. But most of us are hopeful that a re-rating is overdue and with the excellent RNS - this could be the time imho.
