Tony Gott, Executive Chair
David Woolley, Chief Executive Office
David Wilkinson Interim Chief Financial Officer
These 3 people should publically shamed for the rest of their days
Either shroders or amati out now judging by the size of that 14.4m trade
David Woolley sent in by Concentric AB to decimate the remaining shareholder value so they can take over the company for peanuts
Wicher Vic Kist and his company Verto Ago B.V to buy out company and take private
Anyone buying this is either in the know or can afford to lose it - but hard to see how it's not heading for administration
Finally got rid of the last of mine, better to sell what you have and crystallise the loss and claim as a capital loss. Institutions are bailing, Premier miton completely out. Given the price this as at now is it possible private investors that took the gamble down at these levels could possibly have more ownership of the business than others?
Worth something yes but that something could be *uck all
Down nearly 100% and possibly heading for administration, not quite sure they would see this as a good investment for their 20m
They aren't new investors, that's the holding they always had
So what is the best outcome here? Amati, Emmanuel Clair and co step in and fund this for another few months in the final hour. I would have assumed it wouldn't have come to this. I do know know Amati had invested in this before it even IPO'd and again heavily at every fundraise so it would seem strange if a funding solution could not be arranged especially when so close to commercialisation. I also didn't think someone of David Wolley's standing would have involved himself in this sort of AIM shenanigans
Seems like an inside job to crash the share price. another fund raise seems like the least likely option from the last RNS. I'm sure the option was explored before they decided to decimate the share price
Can anyone advise - is it best to sell these into the market monday and crystalize the loss so a capital loss can be claimed? would the loss still be able to be claimed if the company goes into administration and trading is suspended
The only person with a real chunk of shares is Emmanuel Clair, he didn't selling many when the company IPO'd and continuously invested heavily in each round of fundraising . But the likes of Graham lenden, paul preece and chris lines didnt take a sizeable amount in the last fundraise
Proposed sale of the redundant production line not going to come through in time? it's surprising this has happened given the backers this company has. some of the officers and directors invested heavily in the last fund raise
Is there anyway out of this mess? will they even be in existence by the time commercial production begins?
Things are looking up
Possible details of the fundraise by the end of the week? Usually when they announce some good news it's closely followed by bad news
Per the RNS: Following the above purchases, Ian McDonough and his wife, Syarifah Aidid, now have a total beneficial interest in 10,029,656 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 2.72 per cent.
Bridgenut - the spread was massive. there wasn't many shares available, theres a facebook group where a guy has been constantly pumping this share, he then dumps on everyone. He comments on this board sometimes and also admits he is pumping and dumping over on ADVFN board. nothing goes up that much without news
Mother of all dumps inbound
