I’m sure you are...like I said I’m invested here. I just truly believe posting things like that has a negative effect. I believe in the bmn story, love the results of certain elections and the push towards sustainable. I’ve read things you’ve posted faramog and appreciated your sharing of information. But Maybe because I’m peeved at the share price things like ‘ I bought x amount’ ...’the share price should be this’ . It makes me more hesitant...I’m sure you’ll say sell then don’t post etc...I’ve watched people come and go on this board. I believe in bmn more than I have any other aim company, or at least that in the medium term my target will be hit.

This is what I mean! Why put that unless you tend to sell or have too much time on your hands. I’m invested here, heavily, but research lead information is the way forward. ‘This is going to pop’ I might pop if I eat too many beans.

Perhaps I should have been clear, commenting on the sp is irrelevant! obviously people sell and buy, it’s how a market is constructed and I’m sure you well know, when You sell, depends on a multitude of factors...I named one. Saying this will be x(p) by x date achieves nothing, well apart from desperation.

Faramog...I get that! I came out of Investec, only one colleague I know has moved to self investment, I won’t tell you the fee(percentage) I was charged for the advice....the law is the law affter all, but had to use someone to convert my final salary pension which because of gilt prices was inflated. I was lucky, people now refuse because of miss selling! Investec’s fees, although not completely transparent, were in the region of 3ish % my calculation makes it about 6.2%.
I was tipped bmn at 16p but couldn’t get out of my pension quickly enough...the same friend had been accumulating from 2p and I told him to sell circa 40p nothing goes up in a straight line, , or loan me the shares and I’d give them back. I’m sure most long term holders derisked, nothing wrong with that. My point is that I’ve invested around 10% in aim, 9% is in bmn. The sp today is not relevant or tomorrow’s...it’s the point at which you sell.
As far as I can see people come to deramp because of the rampers. The research here is great...well it allows someone to decide what’s great and what’s not. The mention of sp is almost irrelevant...it completely depends on your risk profile and when you bought

I so rarely post. The sp here isn’t that important to me. There are so many aim, and indeed ‘higher’, listed companies who could get you a quicker buck ‘potentially’. As plays go it seems a bit non sensical, if we get to the 17p Orion already seem to think we will get to that’s circa 50%. Now I was employing an fsa to manage my pension, and he seemed to think that to gain 60% after fund and his fees (which he underplayed) in the 15 years I have til retirement, was ambitious! This board is a bit crazy but at least people post, it’s aim so obviously they will! Anyone who mentions dividends, share buy backs, the price of competitors doesn’t really get it from my standpoint. If Orion are happy to lend, and on the terms they have agreed, my research seems a bit pithy! Unfortunately they will always be more ‘informed’ than your average investor.

Why does sp matter unless you want/need to sell.
