Hopefully irr will debt finance rather than any placing going forward or potentially jv. Capex will be paid back so quickly...money is cheap...lithium is/will be in demand!

Tom111 why would AA care about share price in this situation unless trying to gain a majority stake holding.
The ‘value’ in the ground to AA is just that...the value of the company is neither here nor there!
A jv would be way better long term but if you feel like running from aim junior minor to aim junior miner then you’ll be worried about share price.

In reference to the options why were we informed via rns that the directors were giving up options...surely it would be part of any deal?
I’m confused because if it’s a JV why would AA care about the number of arc shares...unless it’s to work out a div/share and the directors can hardly exercise options whilst being party to what’s happening.
Doesn’t it say the ‘in lieu’ amount can be share based....sounds like they’re still getting a good deal and vicariously so will we. I think that rns protects their options but gives us a massive nod surely?
