Agreed Marco but I think Tom is asking about valuation at 20p ie 260 mil mcap

Tom you need to account for an extra 300 mil shares. Not sure where Marco gets the 0.7 from in relation to mcap? I thought that applied to the percentage owned ie a buyout of £372mil would make us £260mil...or 20p a share fully diluted.
