For 30% stake as we progress with redsetter 30% ggp had £1.5 billion 38p.. 100 % redsetter times 3.5 = £5.25 billion which is way more than a pound 80p = 1.5 billion equivalent to ggp £2.80 for 100% of Redsetter. Plus gold is up by more than a 1/3 to $3400 .. Numbers are just mind biggling ..
