What news are you expecting on ep145? The separate listing i just do not see it happening. Why would investors put money in a separate listing run by JB et al? We are literally running on 2 months of oxygen .. He has not even released last qtrs production figures doubt they will be amazing either as they never have been profitable. Arkoma spent millions on it up for sale could not sell it at $120 a barrel. He does not have $1.5 million to drill c2. C1 not the hole to get mossman out of trouble.. See how the other 2 existing wells are doing after spending more money.. It is a death spiral sp.. Price has not gone up after each placement. New investors just be aware.

What is your reason to buy mosman? Apart from playing with sp why do you feel confident in the board to invest your hard earned money??

Davies understand placements are required to progress invest the business but not what mosman do failore after failure after failure. 80 million shares from a jar of oil AC was advertising to over paying trifent energy and clearing there debts Ep 145 cost us £25 million just look at the old RNSs. After spending £30 million and 8 billion shares we are still not corporately profitable.. They just have bad luck. How much investments and placings would you allow someone before you say enough is enough?

There is no such thing as good news in this company.. Mosman continues to vigorously pursue its clearly stated objectives. What objectives we need a vote of no confidence as he canno lead this company any further and the separate listing will not happen. He needs to use separate seed money for that and not mosman funds if the investors are serious about something .. Plus who will give him money to run anoother company. 9 years of poor shareholder value is more than enough fleecing the company with close to £2 million in wages alone. How does he get away with it

What chinese deal.. They have signed a non-binding HoA already to sell helium and laughing gas to them. There is no deal out there just 2 months of oxygen left.. He should sell the US company and just focus on AUS. We spent $aus600k in June plus oil revenues and do not understand where the money has gone.. He is just fleecing the company to say the least...

9 years of placing from 80 million to nearly 8 billion shares.. And no return of investment or shareholder value .. Made bad decision after bad decisions in the US.. Failed missions after failed missions. £30 million pounds of placing to produce barely 150 bopd ..

The market would love to know the real value for Ep145 and ep155 by an independant respected consultants... And not sp angel .. It could be the critical ingredient to mosman sp.. Although at this sp we are not even valued for the US assets... Last qtr update due soon.. It needs to be better than many previous qtrs. Just need a miracle now.

Key here is risk vs reward.. The chances of success are now much higher than the previous drilling program. Previously drilling program the risk was higher.. Now we have existing and new data coupled with new analysis and ggp data.. We know gold is there just qty to make it commercially viable for a large company to operate.. With only 199 million shares our mcap ..

Currently 2p = £4 mcap

4p = £8 mcap

8p = £16 mcap

16p = £32 mcap

32p = 64 mcap

64p = £128 mcap

£1.28 = £256 mcap

Now if we hit big numbers and our acreage is 3x larger than ggps then above numbers look peanuts compared to the overall value. Let the drill begin .. 2nd round you always aim.better.

Why would an independent valuation by SRK be an internal report. If they have it to hand it is info they have to release to the market. Plus it will show the market how undervalued this share is at £3.5 million today. News does seem to be close.

SRK report will be the key independant valuation which the market will appreciate. They are the experts compared to sp angel who valued the aus at £172 million. So lets see how close they are when this report comes out.

If these guys give a valuation there will definatly be more credibility than sp angel who are working for mosman.. Perhaps this report will finally re-rate mosman as they are independants and recognised by the market.

SRK's first task is the preparation of a valuation report primarily for providing a basis for a book value for the assets.
