pp, we are on the same page. I have 7.1p and also think we will get an offer for the lot pre year end. I would reject 12p but could be persuaded at 20p.

I suspect parlty due to uncertainty over finance and partly uncertainty over timing of next steps which will be down to removal of covid restrictions and the bafore mentioned financing. Markets hate uncertainty.
If we get some kind of JV or other deal that brings finance, the brakes should come off the SP. IMO!

Notperfect, Agreed. It is the age old trade off between good returns now or riches later. All depends on your personal circumstances as to which you prefer. But either way, it doesnt matter what I might prefer as I have no influence (with only 4m shares!) so will take what I am given! As it happens, I am almost at (early) retirement and don't expect a full "3 score years and ten" due to health issues, so would like my returns front loaded please! :-)

I just cannot see why a major WOULDN'T take control pre build. If the Nickel market is as strong as indicated over the next decade, it would be madness NOT to build the double line at Arraguaia from the off. That means they had better be ready to make their move this year!

I am wondering whether we should still expect a "left field" announcement that MM intimated in an interview a couple of months ago?
Would also be nice to also get a clearer idea of timing of next steps. If they are to resume work on the ground, I guess finance will be an issue. I know they raised £500k in April but I don't expect that will go far. Some juicy news before any raise would be good. A JV or other involvement of a Major or Mid Tier would solve the funding issue and give a big confidence boost. They MUST be running a rule over what KAV (probably?) have.

This is possibly wishful thinking, but I get a strong feeling that, with macro economic backdrop for Nickel, something is brewing behind the scenes here. Whether Teck, Glencore, Orion or Tesla, there is just NO chance of HZM progressing to mining as an independent IMO. Would not surprise me if we don't even get as far as the raising equity stage and cease to exist by Christmas.

A lot more trades than normal so far this morning. Can't see how they are anything to do with the Converted Loan Notes though. Any ideas? Those shares are not admitted until 30th July and anyway, the trades seem to be buys so can't be forward selling.

So that is a few more pennies in the coffers.

Good luck with that dd. With more results due and a JORC, I doubt very much if finance will be raised at these lowly levels but each to their own.

So there you have a demonstration of how quickly this can move. £8k of buys and it moves from 1.0/1.3 to 1.2/1.4 :-)

Welcome james and ismalia. You are far ahead of the pack looking here now. Shares are tightly held and management are fully invested in success. both Mikes are impressive and seem tunes in to what shareholders want. Given their exposure, not surprising! Finance was raised in April with a £350k placement/loan notes and £150k from the Ditau JV. Mgmt are very frugal and only spend on value adding stuff and minimal overheads to the point where they dont take salaries. So i doubt any need to raise further this year, and certainlt not at this sp level. This is an excellent entry point, my avg is around 2p but I would love to average down when funds allow. Early stage as you say James, but one sniff of mineralisation and we are off to the races. Might be worth looking in on the Advfn BB for Skiboy's posts as he is very clued up.
Just a sniff of interest here today and it is looking to move up so I wouldn't wait too long before taking a position. dyor!
