Looks like "capitulation" to me. Not a time to sell now. IMO

I really hope he listens.
Mommur, HMRC does not (unhelpfully) provide a definitive list of what shares qualify. Certain investment and trading companies will not qualify and ( I believe) dual listed companies will not qualify. The only way to know for sure if SQZ qualify is if someone here has recently had experience of probate where they obtained IHT relief on a Serica holding.

What a surprise! You could never have predicted that then! Sunak is a complete idiot.
My father's AIM IHT portfolio has a good chunk of these now showing a 50% profit, which is good news. Sadly not in an ISA so CGT will need offsetting against some losers. As the acquirer is US listed, he will need to reinvest proceeds into another qualifying AIM company before the takeover goes through.
Yes, an update is definitely due. As are the assays. As is a second rig. for KCB etc etc. Holders have a choice. Either sit tight and wait it out because you believe in the prospects. Or sell up and chase riches elsewhere.
Of course you CAN continue to hold and moan but that is hardly likely to be productive. Maybe contact Ben and see if he can address your worries?
Do you think Management are:
a) sitting on their behinds drinking coffee, wondering how long they will keep getting paid and awarded options?
or
b) working their behind's off, pulling all the threads together of what is clearly a lot of very complex geological information before determining the best economic course of action for shareholders (and themsleves)?
Hmmmn, tough one!
Looks like the Questor write up from Friday has had an effect!

Why not raise tax this way, given that all major exconomies apply this tax themselves?
