I have wondered why UK has been awaiting approval from FDA (USA) to sell our kits when MHRA is UK agency. This will explain to others as well who may not have known;
Therefore, the MHRA is pleased to co-operate with the FDA to facilitate the sharing of otherwise non-public documents and information for these purposes and by this document set out a framework understanding of the information which they may share with each other and the basis upon which they may share it. This co-operation and framework understanding shall not create any kind of binding legal obligation on the part of the MHRA or the FDA.

A friend of my wife works in a care home - she told me last night that a 50 year old work colleague had suffered a heart attack 6 days ago and before they could operate/treat her she had to have a covid19 test which would take 1 day for the result. By 9 o'clock last night the results still hadn't materialised!!!!!
