Have a large holding and know about cancer trials etc but will someone please BRIEFLY explain the main difference between Avacta and Novacyt. I know one tests if you have had it ( Novacyt antibody ) and on one tests if you have it ( Avacta antigen ). But, why has the share price of Novacyt surged when only testing tells you if you have had it!! Not if you have it!! Been in here since 60p and not sold at all but still cannot get my head around why why why??!! When this hits £6 will have almost £1 mill in my SIPP. No sarcastic comments please -
