Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Firedoor Guardian Limited, 2 current directors...MEYER, Edward Guy & DICKSON, Stuart James, resigned MEYER, John Laurence nationality....South African, hmmmm Afrik id much ?
BLCC all doozy and no doobie.
I'm not holding my breath, just looks like same old same old to me - announce some cannabis venture, go quiet for a few months, announce an extension to the option of buying into the venture, go quiet for a few months, announce venture has been scrapped, obviously there's money raised and shares issued along the way.
"Scaling up fast around here, no longer capable of shipping the size orders we’re getting. We’re looking for a warehouse to move PALLETS of Lucyd eyewear to optical stores around the US, potentially about to sign a deal for nationwide distribution in Canada, lots more deals in the works. Exciting times for a crowdfunded business.
Incidentally we’re hiring a logsitics/ecommerce manager in Miami"
It's a shame we can't be enlightened as to what "BLCC not ticking all the boxes for First Sentinel Finance" means. I still think it looks bad how the resignation rns was slipped in late on a Friday with no explanation as to why, no information as to what happens next and no updates since.
Yeah, so did Oyster Oil & Gas and Fastbase. Gunsynd going nowhere as usual.
Typical microcap company, tell everyone you're fully funded until 2022 and then start issuing shares to raise funds, I'm sure the directors are "delighted" as they've just secured their salaries, maybe the shareholders will be delighted when Coin start generating some money from their ventures rather than talking about it. On the flipside, anyone who wants in at the placing price can buy now on the market.
"Until then it’s do you believe the valuation" Simple answer is NO and neither does the market which is evident when looking at the sp or the price TEK have to raise at, the Americans aren't buying it either - zero interest on the OTC. Inflate the NAV, same ol' same ol'
What's everyone's thoughts on the "major UK mobile operator" deal ? Do you think Guy will go for the Samsung Galaxy S21 with unlimited minutes, texts and data for £55 a month or a Nokia 3310 and payg sim ? Covid App in Botswana ? ZYen the world's fastest most secure blockchain in the world no one has ever heard of or uses? lol
Another year drifting by where Gross hasn't delivered anything for the LTH's, any other profession bar CEO of a microcrap dog and Gross would have been called in for a performance review and probably given the boot. £3.8m raised, £1.25m set aside for the Belluscura warrants & $2.55m to make sure the Gross family and Cliff's mates get their salary and I'm sure to develop the Vyrb App because Cliff and his lad have big bags of Lcd which they're planning on turning into their next money printing operation.
You seem way more optimistic than me Jumpingfrog, as my gut feeling was that this was only brought back briefly with a cannabis seed jackanory so certain people could offload their stock, what was the deal between the offloader/s and First Sentinel Corporate ? How long were they corporate adviser for ? About 16 days ? Looks dodgy to me.
I must say that was more informative than anything I've ever read in a Tek rns but regarding the regenerative shock absorbers, I'm not convinced that vehicle manufacturers need Guident or that Guident have any kind of monopoly regarding patents etc.
If you think that video makes Guident look like a credible company TopCatz with marketable cutting edge driverless technology when self parking cars are already run of the mill and the big players have been testing & developing fully autonomous vehicle technology for years, then best of luck to you.
If Tesla wanted to fund the development of regenerative shock absorbers I wonder if they would have to go cap in hand to a floundering microcap on Aim who rely on discounted placings to pay for everything? As for award winning, I once swam 5 lenghts of a swimming pool and retrieved a rubber brick off the bottom while wearing pyjamas and was awarded an award when i was at school.
That Guident clip is an embarrassment, I recall seeing Google/Alphabet execs clowning around in little white driverless cars about 8 years ago and Guident are only at the stage of arcade game simulators with a few remote control motors duct taped to the steering wheel and gas pedal like something off Mythbusters. That video was a joke right?

What happened to the "major UK mobile operator" Catenae are working with ? Mobile what? Disco. Guy unloading his PA equipment from his sooty van down at the local sports centre for Tracy's hen night, maybe Mr & Mrs Higgs have put a drink behind the bar for Guy "All shout outs and requests are GDPR compliant" Don't forget your milk crate Guy with your 12" M People vinyl "One night in heaven, one night in heaven"
I tell you what, that DaveT bloke on ADVFN is spot on, really knows his stuff.
Maybe Cliff could write a book;
"How to shaft your shareholders, destroy sentiment with low ball placings & drive a share price down from 50p to 10p in 7 years...while earning $250k a year" by Dr Clifford Gross.
What happened to all the bull on this board about 30p with FDA approval ?
Issue shares to rectify the mess Reeve created from his over exuberant issuing of shares, not happy about it but if it means the slate is now wiped clean and we can start heading in the right direction with good assets and an ultra low marketcap compared to our peers then I guess things are looking up. It's good to see that Reeve is no longer both managing director & chairman as this gave him too much sway, the board seems to have had a real shake up and the fact that we're now attracting professional investors should speak volumes. All eyes now on the ASX ready for the re-list action. GLA
If I recall correctly, all last week BLCC wasn't displayed on Aquis with (Suspended) written in red underneath it, that's reappeared since the corporate advisor resignation rns. This company has a very chequered past to say the least and we've already seen many hyped deals come to nothing so there's good reason for people to be sceptical.
Hope I'm wrong but it all looks a bit shady, slipping the news in late on Friday when no one's looking and giving no explanation as to why, was this only brought back briefly to allow certain people to offload their holdings ? Is Cleverly still involved in the background as no one has seen or heard from the current CEO. What could be the reasons for a Corporate Advisor resigning ?
