Of an upturn here?
My only reservation regarding investing here was TB, so my investments was fairly small (now 70% smaller).
Happy to add my voice to the complaint but can someone clarify that the complaint is mrkt manipulation?
If we wish to participate in the raise ourselves will we be invited? I can't yet see anything on the HL platform.
A lot easier to lose money in shares than make it seems to be my experience..
Thanks Wyn, yes I guess at whatever the sp is, more or less, AS and family will be ok.
One thing I've found is that it's a lot easier to lose money on AIM than win. With the dilutions and false promises it's an uphill struggle.. Still the rewards of a good pick (AVCT) should compensate for my other gambles which haven't come off, yet.
Just completed an official online study for the ONS. They asked me how happy I am and could only say 9/10 (on a scale of 1 – 10) because of the sp here today.. Shame they are not asking a bit later really.
If my wife sees my HL account she'll only be 5/10 for 'her happiness' :-(
Regarding your earlier post Wyn, the fact that AS has quite a few shares himself (was it 500k?) should mean he'll be on our side too wouldn't you expect?
Hi stw, I wish I could 'do' charts. I only look at RSI which has on occasions been very good but it's only short term and I do long term (too long term it seems!)
I think DTW just likes to provoke conversation sometimes but that was a clear untruth which rather undermines other things he might say where the truth is less clear.
I encouraged a friend to buy AVCT at 190p so Donalds friends are luckier than my friend as they bought in above 117p. I bet they wish they had waited..
My friend doesn't check the SP so hse has no idea the current price. I am under instructions only to send her info when the SP is high. She works at the BBC so the BBC do know about AVCT. She could probably even write to Fergus Walsh if there were big news.
Painful reading this stuff and not interjecting as, when I post, people accuse me of only posting after my mate..
But;
Watching2; you need to get Vox Markets on your phone. Then you get the RNSs at 7am. (Also, could you. Punctuate like regular people. Punctuate? Also, I am sorry about your brother in law).
Icecool. Since wyn won't post what he wrote *elsewhere* on January 28th, I will copy the relevant bit. I'd be very surprised if you are correct and wyn is 'out' of AVCT atm. Say sorry to Wyn and move on.

' a stock I think could 10 bag (AVCT) over the next 6-12 months. I have held this stock on a long term basis because of its potential to be bought out, which can happen at any time. However the latest (good) results say the next potential good set of results will be in the summer. I still have a substantial holding in there.'
One would almost think that wyn posts in a different language sometimes, as people choose to misinterpret everything he posts in order to have-a-go.
Sheppy, you have some nerve posting again...
No more posting for me today. Half term and have to entertain a child which is more important than arguing on here for once.
'Have you ever seen a stock that gets FDA approval and goes down by 100% in your life? '
– Angle went to 156p for a day..
'In May 2022, ANGLE received US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clearance'
And yet now back around 19p..
I'm sure everyone here has noticed the phenomenon of an RNS which gives out 'middling' good news and the sp falls, presumably because people think "well, if that's the best they've got..." Maybe it's best just to wait for the *big one* and be patient if you have faith. The problem for the AVCT sp is that there are other cookies in the shop so people inevitably get tempted elsewhere (and why not) if the perception is that not much is happening with AVCT. It's a 'tension', as they say.
As for traders affecting the sp with FUD, I notice McMuff's figure: 'Share price chart showing... -6.7% 1 month' when there's been a notable absence of posting by someone whose thoughts I very much like to keep up on but some don't. And there is commonly much more positivity in posts on this BB than negativity anyway. I think controversial posters (I won't say unpopular as one recent post was recc'd >32 times when I looked a couple of days ago) are targeted out of a wish to grand-stand with their turn of phrase as much as anything else.
Liquid biopsies were mentioned by another poster here today. I've very recently listened to a presentation regarding liquid biopsies and an ADC treatment that targets HER2 expressing cancer cells. Apparently (and perhaps only in one cancer type, it wasn't clear) 25% of cancer cells express HER2 to a high level; 30% to a low level. And 30% / 40% don't express at all. So in that cancer type, if it's FAP expressing cancer, 70% of patients would benefit from AVA6K who otherwise would be unlikely to benefit from that ADC. And yes, 30% could strongly benefit from the ADC which is great for them ( –and perhaps the much cheaper AVA6K at the same time?).
'At last after 28 months'
Bl**dy traders ruining this share!
Talking of Brexit .. a tweet by @g_gosden
'Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson who voted for #brexit is now frustrated by the impact of #Brexit on UK artists performing abroad, and feels the government can do more to help.
The idiocy is on an intergalactic scale'
